Once one of my friend Mr Amin in London said that,

In India lots of people invite us for dinner every time we visit India and when we reach there house,they lead us to restaurant or dhaba !!!

and he did laugh so much by saying this.
So be careful next time if you invite some one that is bad to do the same hospitality........
(Actually he is about 15-20 yrs older then me and visit India every Diwali)

and I remember him.Most people doesn't know how to welcome guest,they should learn.

How taxi driver made money?

One of myfriend send me a good story.......
.....................I was in a cab on my way to work. Only, my cab was stuck in a traffic jam with Himmesh Reshamiya's latest song blaring into my ears. In an attempt to kill the radio, I started talking to my cab driver.

In the course of my chat, he told me the taxi he was driving was his own. Not only that he also owned six other fiat taxis, one Toyota Qualis, which he hired out. Now, he's debating buying a truck or a bus.

Wow! Really? I asked him where he got the money from... slightly, nervous that I was riding with a possible hit man for Dawood. And his answer was even more surprising.

He said "Madam, whenever you need to go some place you take a cab and go. While, I park my taxi some place and hop into a bus."
I listened as he crunched some numbers for me.

He asked: "How much does it cost to travel from your home to your office?"

"Rs 100", I said.

"Well, Rs 200 for a round trip?", he continued, "Let's say, you travel through the month by taxi. How much would that cost you?"

Rs 6,000!, I said.

"The bus ticket costs you Rs 10 and say another Rs 20 to get from your home to the bus stop. That’s Rs 60 per day for a round trip. You are saving Rs 140 everyday. That's Rs 4,200 a month, nearly Rs 50,000 a year. If you invested that in something, you'd be able to buy your own car!”

What could I say? I, now, travel by bus. And, am doing a Systematic Investment Plan in a mutual fund and paying a monthly premium in a Unit linked insurance plan.

What I could not do in 18 months, a taxi driver had done in 18 minutes.

Making first million or crore is always difficult. But once you have made that first million... then the ride is easy...Money is like magnet ...attract money !!

Couple of days before we invited to our newly married cousin for lunch and we were discussing about the Blog, by the way my cousin did ask me from were you did coping all these????

So I answered them and let me tell all my valuable readers that in my blog whatever I am writing is like editing...dicussed.....experienced from anywhere but not completely coping from anything but which I like the most.....so let's tell that I am

*Today one of my friend ask me (via another close friend) if he can borrow money from me for six month with paying very good interest..........
I replied at that time....
"Research shows that most of relations ended in the world only and only due to Money....either giving and borrowing........and I want to maintain the good relation with all my friends"

*Three big tragedies should not face by even enemies......Home without mother, Mother without home, Unmarried mother.

=The best prayer to God should be (must be)...."Oh God, just do that is suitable for me.......not that what I wish.

Once ex prime minister of India Late Rajiv Gandhi said that, "As soon as I propose a new scheme in parliament, My eyes moves at the opposition party members.........If they clapping, I use to be alert that something wrong.
Rajiv Gandhi also said at that time, "When I pass Rs 100 for people for good scheme, It convert to only Rs 1 at the real time for spending.

If you say "How are you?" to the person when you need them is compeletly selfishness,But If you say "How are you?" to the person at random is the relation, (Apart from that now a days people very clever if they need you in Christmas, will starts to say "Happy new year").

For happiness in marriage life for boys......."Just select atleast (Minimum) three years elder girl for marriage"(Why ?To do the same level(Balance) of understanding,this is my observation and even you can observe around you).

*There's no vaccination of poverty in life.
